Investor Assistance Centre / Investors and Exporters Assistance Centre – Podlaskie Region
Since 2011, the Podlaskie Investors and Exporters' Service Centre (COIE) has been in operation within the structure of the Podlaskie Voivodeship Marshal's Office based on the Framework Agreement and the Executive Agreement entered into between the Minister of Economy and the Podlaskie Voivodeship.
COIE experts provide information services aiming to foster business among foreign investors and aiming to foster exports among Polish companies, organizations, businesses and individuals wishing to start export activities.

The Investor Assistance Centre is the first contact point for anyone interested in investing in the region. Thanks to Investor Assistance Centre you can obtain specific information concerning Polish law regulations, sector indicators, investment proposals, business and local authority initiatives.
Thanks to co-operation with local government, knowledge of local conditions and the experience of the Investor Assistance Centre staff will positively assist a business person in ultimately making an investment decision.
The main activities of the Investor Assistance Centre:
• creating the data base with the choice of many investment sites (brown and green field) together with contact information,
• providing information for potential investors - assistance in the investment process,
• trade mission preparation - economic promotion of the region,
• organising participation in domestic and foreign fairs - helping in the establishment of new contacts,
• preparing presentations - promotion of the communities and businesses from the Podlaskie Region,
• monitoring the current situation concerning investment issues - providing complete and factual information on inward investment in Podlaskie,
• legal advice and counselling for investors - developing the businesses and supporting existing ones,
• support in activities such as the preparation and implementation of investment strategies,
• distribution of promotional materials.
